The TIR’POUSS in details
Anchoring and lifting module
This module, designed specifically for your production equipment, is dedicated to the anchoring of the electric assistance puller-pusher handcart.
The objective is to allow the anchoring of the load with a fast movement of the foot, then to transport it from one point to another before detaching the whole, always with a movement of the foot.
1: Tir’pouss in approach
2: Anchoring (and lifting) the load
3: Moving the load with electrical assistance if necessary
In a few seconds, the load (here a DIN 9797 agri-food tank) is anchored, secured and movable …

Rubber stops stop the bin in place.

Unlocking is also done with the foot, quickly and progressively, without effort.
Control module
This module is dedicated to driving the push-pull handcart. It allows the operator, regardless of size and morphology, to manipulate Tir’pouss quickly and accurately.
The control module, with its ergonomic handles, power assist controls, emergency stop button and various display and customization elements.

The electrical assistance is progressive in both directions (forward and backward) and is easily set, depending on the type and weight of loads to move.

The movable drawbar (here, reversed at 180° compared to the usual use) allows an increased maneuverability of the handcart.
The mobile drawbar has several advantages. It allows the operator, whatever his size and morphology, to adopt the ideal position to handle the handcart and reduce the MSDs.
But it also makes it possible to modulate the speed, the power and the precision of the various movements: turns, traction of the load, passage of the forward march to the reverse, parking of the load, circulation in cramped places,…
Running module
This module is dedicated to the electrical assistance of the push-pull handcart. It works in close (wireless) connection with the control module
The control module, with its ergonomic handles, power assist controls, emergency stop button and various display and customization elements.

The electrical assistance is progressive in both directions (forward and backward) and is easily set, depending on the type and weight of loads to move.

The module is suitable for different types of uses: medical (stretchers, trolleys, furniture and rolling stock indoors), food (with tread specifically designed for wet environments, easy cleaning, …) or industrial (handcarts or equipment logistics).
The charge lasts 5 hours. As an option, a quick charger allows charging in less than 3 hours.

Progressive assistance
Electric assistance is progressive, forward and reverse. The assistance is configurable.
Double anchor bar
The main bar lifts and anchors the load with a gesture of the foot. The secondary bar is used to unlock the safety device and release the load.
Running module
The self-contained electric wheel integrates the engine and batteries into a rugged and waterproof fairing.
Articulated drawbar
With its return spring and fluid pivot, the drawbar is easy to handle, for quick and precise movements.
Fork in high position
The specific kinematics of the Tir’pouss allow a large lifting with few constraints.
Shock absorbers
The load, here a DIN 9797 tank, is held in place by means of resistant rubber dampers.
Shock absorbers
Maintenance is facilitated from the design stage, especially on shock absorbers, which are easy to change if necessary.
